Back by popular demand! This challenge you will need: - skipping rope - 2lb OR 1lb dumbbells (1 pair) TIP: you can use two 500ml water bottles!! We will be focusing on circuit training and this time incorporating weights into the mix for best results! You do not need to get the dumbbells if you do not want to but I highly suggest it!
